01. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Easy Impostor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the game is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our game.
02. License and Usage
Easy Impostor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the game's code or assets.
- You may not use the game for any illegal purpose.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the game.
03. User Conduct
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, you agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, or threaten other players.
- Use hate speech or offensive language.
- Send inappropriate or illegal content.
- Share personal info without consent.
- Use cheats, bots, or unfair software.
- Exploit bugs or glitches.
- Spam or flood the lobby chat.
- Record voice chat without consent.
We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts that violate these rules, either temporarily or permanently.
04. Communication Features
Easy Impostor provides several communication tools to enhance the social gameplay experience:
Lobby Chat (Text & Voice Messages)
- Players can send text and voice messages while waiting in the lobby.
- Voice messages are uploaded to our servers for other room members to listen to.
- All messages are stored as part of the game history and for moderation purposes.
- The host of the room may delete any message in the lobby chat.
Voice Chat (Voting Phase)
- During the voting phase, real-time voice chat is available to all players.
- Voice chat operates on a push-to-talk basis — you must hold to speak.
- Voice chat audio is streamed in real-time and is not recorded or stored.
- Players can mute incoming audio from other participants. There is currently no automated content moderation.
Reporting
- You can report messages or players for inappropriate behavior at any time.
- You may optionally attach up to 3 images or 1 video (max 20 MB / 30 s) from your device's gallery as evidence. A privacy warning is shown before any media is selected.
- Reports are reviewed by our team and may result in warnings or bans.
- False or abusive reporting may itself be subject to disciplinary action.
05. User-Generated Content
By sending messages (text or audio) through Easy Impostor's communication features:
- You retain ownership of your content but grant us a temporary license to store and distribute it to other players in the same room.
- You are solely responsible for the content you share. We do not pre-screen or monitor content but may review reported material.
- We reserve the right to remove content and take action against users who violate these Terms.
06. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Easy Impostor (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of the developer and its licensors. The game is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
07. Updates and Changes
We are constantly updating our game to provide a better experience. We may modify or discontinue certain features, or the entire game, at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to keep the app updated.
08. Disclaimer of Warranties
Easy Impostor is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the game, its availability, or that it will be error-free.
09. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the game, including content shared by other players or technical issues with voice chat services.
